Specialist Accreditation is a structured peer assessment program operated through the Law Society of NSW which enables practitioners to gain recognition as an expert in their chosen area of practice.
Christopher Lane, the firm’s principal, is an accredited specialist in Business Law having undertaken and successfully completed the rigorous , prescribed assignment, examination and live interview assessments in order to qualify for accreditation.
In order to maintain his accreditation , Christopher is required to attend further education seminars and programs in the Business Law sphere annually, and that is in addition to the mandatory 10 hours of continuing professional development required of all solicitors. This enables Chris to keep abreast of the latest developments in Business Law and apply his advanced knowledge and skills to delivering quality legal services.
Chris states: “The specialist accreditation program was one of the most demanding and challenging assessments I have ever undertaken.
